Oakleigh Electorate

Ann Barker represents the Oakleigh State elecctorate. Oakleigh is a metropolitan electorate approximately 12 kilometres south-east of Melbourne.

It covers an area of 17 square kilometres and includes the suburbs of Carnegie, Hughesdale, Murrumbeena and Oakleigh and parts of Caulfield East, Chadstone, Glen Huntly, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh East and Ormond.

The electorate's boundaries include Dandenong Road and the Monash Freeway for parts of the north, Clayton Road in the east, North Road for part of the south, and the railway line in the west.

Overy 34,000 people are enrolled to vote in the Oakleigh electorate. The electorate falls within the Upper House Southern Metropolitan Region.
